|Abstract:||The advent of solution processed, polymer semiconductors have paved the way for a large area, roll to roll processing of electronic devices. Solution-processed, organic active layer based semiconducting components like organic solar cells (OSC) [1-7], light emitting diode (LED) [8-10] and transistors [11-14] have been extensively studied for over last two decades. Flexible electronic devices like detectors, display, memories and circuits form an integral part of the new generation of smart technology. Some of the key features of printed electronic devices include low-cost manufacturing, low material consumption and light weight which make this technology energy efficient [15-18]. Availability of a large catalog of solution-processed semiconductors with tunable band gap allows for application specific material selection.|
